How to Trim a Video in Photos

Sometimes we shoot videos on our iPhones and catch not only the event we want, but the before and after moments too. For example, I want to make sure I catch my teenage son running the 50-yard dash at his track meets, so I start my iPhone recording sometimes several minutes before the starting gun fires. When I go back to watch the video or show it to others, I would prefer not to watch people walking back and forth and changing seats before the race starts. This is where trimming (editing) the video comes in handy.

Here’s how to do it:

Locate the video you want to trim in the Photos app and tap on it. 

Drag the white line in the top bar to fast forward or rewind the video.

When you find the section of video you’d like to keep, drag the arrow markers to the left or right of the video bar to contain the edited version. When you have it just right tap the Trim button in the upper right-hand corner.

 

Tap on either Trim Original or Save as New Clip. Just remember that if you choose Trim Original, all trimmed frames will be permanently deleted. Choosing Save as New Clip will let you preserve the original video and create a new file for the trimmed version.

 

How To Send and Receive Video Messages

Sometimes when you send a message, you want to send something more than just a text or a photo or an audio message. Maybe you want to send someone a video of your baby’s first steps or a cute video of your dog chasing his tail. As long as you have iMessage turned on and another iPhone to send it to, it’s easy and quick.

Here’s how:

1.  Make sure iMessage is turned on by going to Settings > Messages and toggling on iMessages.

 

2.  Go to your Messages app and choose a contact who also has an iPhone.

3.  Press and hold the camera icon on the bottom left of the screen (Note, the option will look slightly different in iOS 9, but the instructions remain the same).

 

4.  When you’re ready to start shooting the video, press and hold the red record button. To stop recording, let go of the button.

 

5.  You can preview the video by tapping the play button.

6.  To send the video, tap the up arrow.

• iDevice yang support iOS 8.1.3-8.3 sahaja yang boleh jailbreak.
• buat complete backup dengan iTunes atau iCloud, transfer purchase, gambar2, lagu2 & movies.
• bagi iDevice yang jailbreak pada iOS 7, perlu restore. (seperti ayat dibawah)
• ***PERLU**** buat full restore dekat itunes, supaya tiada masalah ketika jailbreak nanti.

• ***pastikan password passcode Lockscreen telah disable & VPN dipadam.

#Masa baru release sekarang ni jailbreak iaitu 'TaiG 8.1.3-8.X Untether' belum support dengan Cydia Substrate lagi jadi kena tunggu TaiG update dulu supaya tweak dpt berfungsi. Update tu boleh dibuat kat dlm Cydia & tak perlu re-jailbreak balik semula  tapi boleh buat jailbreak macam biasa cuma jangan off dengan install apa-apa tweak lagi sebab tweak tak boleh berfungsi seperti biasa.

2. Selesai muat turun, klik dua kali pada file TaiGJBreak_EN_XXXX.zip/.rar (bergantung pada software extract yang anda gunakan).

4. Right-hand klik pada file TaiGJBreak_EN.exe dan klik "Run As Administrator".

5. Kemudian TaiG akan suruh anda untuk connect iDevice anda ke komputer.

6. TaiG akan menunjukkan idevice anda telah connect ke komputer "(iPhone5,1XXX....). Untick kotak kedua '3K Assistant l 2.3.0' yang berwarna hijau di bawah 'Cydia l 1.1.16'

7. Klik pangkah kecil pada kotak hitam.

8. Klik Start untuk mulakan jailbreak.

9. TaiG akan mulakan jailbreak dan anda tak perlu buat apa-apa, tunggu sampai habis.

10. Selesai sahaja jailbreak software TaiG akan tunjuk muka senyum dengan terteta "Jailbreak Succeeded!" menujukkan anda telah berjaya jailbreak.

11. iDevice anda akan reboot dan aplikasi Cydia ada pada homescreen.

12. Masuk app cydia dan biarkan ia loading sampai habis, nanti idevice akan reboot secara automatik.

13. Masuk lagi app cydia dan ia akan kosong. Klik Refresh pada Changes

How to Reset Your Forgotten Apple ID Password

The most important thing to any Apple user (besides her iPhone of course!) is an Apple ID. It lets you access and store content in iCloud, make FaceTime calls, send iMessages, use Apple Pay, and purchase items from the App Store and iTunes Store.

Considering your Apple ID holds the key to so much that you do on your iPhone, it is a real pain when the inevitable happens and you forget your Apple ID password. If you find yourself in this boat, no worries, just head to Appleid.apple.com to reset your Apple ID password.

 

On the right hand side of the page you'll see a heading that says “Manage Your Apple ID.” Click the link underneath where it says “Reset Password.”

 

Enter your Apple ID, which should be easy to remember because it's always an email address. If you can’t remember what it is (and have no success after entering a few options), click “Forgot Your Apple ID?” to retrieve it. Otherwise, click Next to go to the next step.

 

 

You’ll have the option to verify your ID by having Apple send an email to your address that includes a link, or by answering security questions. I chose email verification as I find it to be a fast and convenient option.

 

When you check your email, click the “Reset Now” link in the message. You’ll be taken to a page where you’ll enter your new password, including at least one capital letter, a number, and a symbol. 

And that's it! After just a few minutes, you now have a new Apple ID password you can use to buy apps in the App Store, to log in to iCloud, etc. But before you move on—only to forget your newly created password once again—make sure to download a password manager such as SplashID (free) or 1Password (free) so you don't find yourself in this boat again.
